How long will it take my domestic (SA) order to get to me?

All domestic orders are shipped via the Courier Guy. It will generally take one-three full Business days from the time it leaves the Foxfit Main Office. Once you receive your initial delivery confirmation email, we will prepare your package and give it to our courier for transportation.

How do returns work?

We have a 14 day return policy. These 14 days starts from when your package is delivered, after that we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will either accept or reject the refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Return Address information will be sent via email.

If you return an item, delivery cost is NOT refunded.

We do not accept returns after 14 days.

Refund hasn’t been received?

Packages will be processed in the order in which they were received. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund. You will receive an email when your order has been refunded. If you have not received the refund, double check your bank account. Contact the relevant payment company as it may take time before your refund reflects. Otherwise contact your bank. If after all of this you have still not received your refund, contact us on sales@foxfit.co.za.

How do exchanges work?

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. Please note we check items before delivery to ensure they are in the correct condition. If you need to exchange for any other reason, please return the item as per the returns policy above. We can’t offer exchanges due to limited stock and availability of items. We will happily refund your item so that the correct item can be ordered if it’s in stock.

We do not currently cover delivery costs for returns or exchanges.

If I placed an order, can I change the size or add another item?

Unfortunately once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. You must place a new order.

When will products be restocked?

As a new and small company we can’t totally predict when products will be restocked. We will try restock the most popular product but we are constantly seek out new styles/materials and innovative designs. Thank you for understanding.

What countries does Foxfit ship to?

We offer nationwide delivery using Courier Guy within South Africa. If you want to place an order outside SA, please email sales@foxfit.co.za
